Offered monthly on second Sundays from 6-7pm, this is a space to learn and practice grounding and embodiment skills, outside in the Attune Psychology garden (when weather permits). Facilitated by Dr. Jasper, using practices from clinical psychology and Indigenous land-based healing. Pre-registration is required, space is limited, and all attendees will be asked to complete a liability waiver. Registration is now open for 10/11: learn more and request to register here.

Offered once a season and facilitated by community members with expertise to share, Skill Share Workshops offer an opportunity to learn new skills and build community with others over shared interests and values. Pre-registration is required (space is limited) and all attendees will be asked to complete a liability waiver. Registration is now open for our 9/5/26 workshop with Ida Aronson- multimedia artist, community organizer, and steward of Raccoon Oak Farm.

About 10% of the income from Attune Psychology’s clinical services is dedicated to community care programming, allowing for program facilitators and collaborators to be paid for their time and for community members to attend at no cost.
