Payment and Rates

Assessment appointments are scheduled and billed through SimplePractice, which accepts cash, most major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. I do not accept insurance and am considered an out of network provider. I can provide superbills at client request if they have out-of-network benefits.

Psychological assessment services are billed hourly and payment occurs over time as services are rendered. Assessments are comprehensive and customized to the individual client’s goals. Costs range depending on the assessment goal and case complexity. A personalized Assessment Plan with the estimated steps and costs is sent to potential assessment clients after we meet for the initial consultation.

About 1/2 of my assessment caseload is reserved for sliding scale spots. Sliding scale spots are offered as available to those with financial need. During our initial consultation, I can inform potential clients if there are any sliding scale spots currently available. I especially encourage people who experience significant health disparities to consider the sliding scale if needed— for example, 2SLGBTQIA+ young adults and elders, chronically ill and disabled people, and Black, Indigenous and native New Orleanians.

ASSESSMENT RATES

  • Assessment Hourly Rate $165

  • Assessment Sliding Scale Hourly Rate $145 - $165

  • Expedited Report: $250 for 5-10 business days, $350 for less than 5 business days
