Community-Based Research with TIDAL NOLA

“‘Community Care is Our Own Salvation:’ Community-Based Resilience and Healing for Trans Communities Surviving Natural Disasters in Louisiana,” 2022-Present

  • In partnership with TIDAL NOLA and funded by the Tulane Center for Public Service

  • Aim: To support the resilience strategies and experiences of Two Spirit, trans, and gender expansive communities in the context of natural disasters

  • Role: Co-Principal Investigator and Director of Implementation
